The new update that happened a week or so ago has me so frustrated. It shrunk the information on my watch on the activities widget, and I just had Samsung on the phone and remote on my cell phone so they could see what I was talking about. It seems there is no way to fix this issue. The update only allows you to add a tile to that widget page. So the heart with steps, active & calories has now shrunk to half the screen & there is no way to change it back. God help us visually impaired people! Please let me know if anyone else has this problem too. Thanks!

You can select a bigger widget for the tile.  Open the Wear app, select tiled, expand the vitals section and add the larger heart rate widget.  It still won't fill the entire screen like the old way, but it will be larger and it can be on its own screen.  You can fit combinations of small and large widgets on a screen, but you will have to scroll up to see any that are out of the circled area.

Thank you. I will try that & see if that helps. But having it all on one widget was so much better. And my husband's watch kept the old one! 1763584908656.jpg1763584952995.jpg

Go through the widgets, some of the health widgets come in a large and small size and I discovered that not all the health widgets are in the same header. Unfortunately, it does not look like the daily activity widget is one of them, it's small size only, but tapping to expand it, will show you all the stats.  Tapping any widget will bring up the info on the full watch face and it will look like it did the old way.  Yes, it's an extra tap, but I guess they thought the idea was to show the important info at a glance and the detailed info after opening if one wanted to view it.  Your husband's watch likely still has the old style because it has not yet updated to OneUI8.  When it does, it will look like yours.

I, personally, actually like the new design (I didn't think I would) because I can add multiple widgets to a tile and just scroll up to see the info from each widget instead of scrolling left til I get to the tile I want.  I can have more information in less screens, and the tap to expand does not bother me.

Thank you but I tried to tap on it to expand it & Samsung tried to do it also, no luck, extra tap does nothing.

You don't see this?  First picture is with the widget just on the tile. You can glance at the base information.  Second picture is when I tap to expand, it shows all the information.  You can't see it here, but you scroll down to see all the individual details.  Tapping any of the widgets on the tiles should bring up the extended details. Have you tried clearing the watch's cache partition?  It will do no harm and may clear up this glitch.

If you want, you can also choose a watch face where you can add the daily activity (or any other health feature) as a complication if it would make it easier for you.  Like this one where I added the daily activity, and HR.  As with any other widget, tapping on the complication will bring up the extended details.

You can use an app called bugjeager to set the dpi and make the watch screen bigger or smaller. Just google bugjeager and how to use it. 🖖🏻
