Call and text on other devices not working between Galaxy Watch Ultra and S25 Ultra

My call and text on other device doesn't work with my s25 ultra and galaxy watch ultra it doesn't even show up when I try to connect it

@surferf Where is this screenshot from? Which phone are they using?

If you are in the "Call & text on other devices", it will say "Call & Text on other devices" at the top. It also should show info from "This phone" before it lists other devices.

I can certainly understand your concern with not being able to make or send calls on your Galaxy Watch Ultra when not paired via Bluetooth on your Galaxy S25 Ultra. As @LongHiker and @nullandvoid have stated, call and message on another device is for pairing between your phone and tablet. By the way l, it says right in your screen shot that for calls both devices must be connected to the same wifi network. So, when you are away from home and remotely connected, your devices would not be on the same wifi network. It looks like Dave has an LTE watch with a plan.
