Galaxy Watch
Hey,
I got the Galaxy watch 8 with cell service but today I left my phone walked outside. It lost its Bluetooth connection, I tried to send a text (I did have service on the watch) but it kept saying it couldn't send because I needed a Bluetooth connection. Anyone know why this would be happening or how to fix it? I'm assuming like most devices it should switch from wifi, Bluetooth, to cell service depending on where I'm located. My carrier is X-finity Mobile. I'm a little worried considering the whole reason I got it with cell service is because I wanted to be able to respond without needing my phone close by.

The texting issue on the watch is a carrier issue.  I had that problem and had a long session with a tech support specialist with my carrier that fixed it.  However, in the Wear app, you should enable remote connection.  It will keep your watch connected to your phone even if the BT connection is severed. It does, however, require both devices to be connected to either wi-fi or mobile (they do not have to be on the same or same type network as long as they are logged into the same Google account), as it connects through Google cloud services.  Keep your mobile data on all the time on the watch.
