Why don't number of contacts match?

On Samsung Cloud website says I have 79 contacts, but when I go to contacts app on phone my samsu g account contacts says 73 contacts. I have sync and backup on. Why are the numbers different?

DUPLICATES probably!

That's the thing. There are no duplicates, I've checked. Each contact is synced to my google and samsung account.

I've tried syncing manually. Both of my galaxy phones show same thing. Numbers are different for Contacts.

What can I say, Google and Samsung not syncing properly.
Happens all the time to me.
