Galaxy S25Try clearing out both the cache and the data on the weather app. Go to Settings/Apps then open the weather app. Go to storage and open that, then click clear on both cache and data. This will reset the app to being as it came with the phone. Then input your settings A needed to show what is relevant for you.
On the beta part, yes they just released beta 5 for UI 7.0 the S25 series is already on the UI 7.0, So the testing for the beta will finish after this beta release and the final release for the earlier models has been officially announced for April 7. Not sure what is meant by firmware as the S25 models are already on the official UI 7.0, so I don't get the S25 firmware being in beta.

Galaxy S25Oh, please. You have a glitch and all of a sudden it's Samsung released a phone that is not officially complete? Glitches happen. The Weather app is a property of The Weather Channel, so the glitch could very well be with The Weather Channel feed. Why do you need to feel it's Samsung's fault? I don't know that it's not a Samsung issue, but it certainly wouldn't be the first conclusion I jump to without trying remedies first. And I certainly would never consider that Samsung sent out a "not ready for prime time" phone series.

Galaxy S25You mean the text in the notifications is white? There must be some adjustment for that, perhaps in Good Lock. In Quick star you can style the quick panel including colors of the notifications.
I don't know what you mean by UI misplacements. I don't have OneUI7, so I'm flying blind, but plenty of people here already do and have the S25 and are not having these issues. Perhaps tag @Robin621k, who appears to have become quite an expert on the S25.
