After switching to the S25 Ultra I have had several connections issues.

  • Bluetooth-Ive had to reset and re-pair my watch ultra 7 multiple times to my S25. Whether restoring a backup or setting up as new the connection never holds. This is extremely frustrating and I don't know that there is a fix. The phone seems to be unable to maintain more than 1 Bluetooth connection without issue. If my bud pro 3 and watch are connected one of them is often kicked out or the phone begins to freeze or lag. This also occurs when connected to the car. If in vehicle and Android Auto is connected long with my watch, either my watch is booted or android auto skips and disconnects multiple times.
  • Screen Freeze - The screen often freezes when scrolling whether in an app, browser or reading a doc.
  • over heat - The phone often overheats when charging. Regardless of magnet or cable.
  • Apps Erroring - several apps often freezes and close on the phone. An issue I've not had before.

I am hoping these things are fixed. I love Samsung just not these problems

Try wiping the system partition. Hold down on both the down volume and power buttons until getting the power down options screen. Choose restart, when the screen goes black, then hold the up volume and power buttons at the sane time to get to the recovery screen.

Once there, use the volume rocker to go up/down and move it to "wipe cache partition", click power, use volume button to choose "yes" , then click power button to activate it. Then use "reboot system now" and use the power button on that to restart the phone. See if that helps.

I have and had the same problem, I had to purchase and spare phone so that I could transfer my information so that I could preform a factory reset, this did not help.
I have taken my phone to the Samsung store to see if they could fix it, but with it being a intermittent problem they couldn't fix it.
My phone was only 2 weeks old, can't wait for a new model.

I also own a Samsung A54 5g for about 7 months now. So far, I haven't had any problems . My screen stays on while I am reading the screen or watching a video. I hope it stays OK. I absolutely love the memory it has. I hope you all can find a solution to fix it.

I'm having multiple intermittent Bluetooth issues with my S25 Ultra:

  • Streaming to a device simply stops, or it stops in one of my BT hearing aids but continues in the other.
  • After turning BT off and later back on, the connection to the aids doesn't resume and attempting to reconnect is unsuccessful--I have to turn the phone off and back on.
  • Sometimes after one of these problems I can stream, but sound in left and right are out slightly of sync.
  • Sometimes phone calls aren't streamed to my aids, and they show as a BT option in the call screen, but nothing happens if I select it. Again, this requires a phone reboot.

Since most of these relate to my BT hearing aids, it's possible the problem is with them, not the phone. But they worked fine with my S23. And I've experienced similar problems a few times on my Galaxy Tab.

It seems that there are enough BT problems with the S25 Ultra to raise questions, so I'll submit a trouble ticket to Samsung--but I thought it would be helpful to note here to document the issue for the community.
