So, yes, as you can see in the picture, I talk to Ebay on 12/21/2025 but its useless as they cant help me anymore because its a long time now (10 months)
(The next picture will be the communication between me and the seller on EBay)

This communication is just now 12/24/2025. As you can see, the seller ebay cant help me anymore because there's someone already registered on my phone (he bought the phone directly on samsung). Yes, I got this sealed and brandnew, when Im setting it up, its just normal set up as the other samsung phone I had before. Yes, I did put my samsung account here, does that include that im the new owner? But if it was me, then how would i filed a claim as the seller on Ebay talking about? I DONT EVEN talk to a samsung, and they won't even ship item here in Guam, USA using my PO BOX, thats why I use Ebay.

I tried to talk to a Samsung Service (the online one) I dont have any screenshot but basically they cant help me because Im not the registered name in this phone S25 ULTRA. Btw, I got this S25 Ultra for $1400 on Ebay on February 2025. Just 10 months ago..

If anyone can advise me on this or help me, I would appreciate it. I had all my picture here on my brother ๐Ÿ‘ผ and all my research paper files saved on this device, I can't afford to reset this or just lose it like this by not being able to open this phone. Please Im desperate, I dont know what to do now. The seller on Ebay can't help me anymore, the Ebay customer service wont also help me because of the timeframe, and the Samsung customer service ignores me as Im not the person registered in this phone to there system. Anything helps ๐Ÿ˜ข is this how I will be on Christmas ๐Ÿ˜ข I dont deserve this

No please don't mistake my response for accusations! I fully am aware that you are only one half of the story and therefore you can only tell your side, it would be impossible to ask you to tell the other side. I was just simply stating a fact that every story has two sides where I'm from they say stories actually have three sides there's the two people's versions and then there's the truth insinuating that both parties tend to not be so honest about their side not implying you're being dishonest at all it's just a funny saying. 10 months is a **bleep** of a lot of time to wait for the phone to be disabled did you properly register it under your Samsung account using its Eid or serial number? Like if you log into your Samsung account right now and click on your devices registered to your account does this device show up?

Thank you, I understand your concern. When I try to add my Samsung account here, there's no option for an Eid or serial number. It's just like adding a Google account: I enter my password and the code sent to my phone number to link my Samsung account. Thats all I remember doing.

Samsung has not reported the IMEI number for any reason!

I just checked, this is what came back! 1766564641434.jpg

Somehow someone got a hold of his imei and filed a claim, Servify, the entity you would file with sent a replacement unit to who knows where and the OP device didn't get returned and that's why it got locked. Servify is the company that has to be dealt with. They are the ones the abetted the fraud, will they correct the problem and help the OP out, NEVER! When I checked the IMEI it comes back as under warranty for 2 years. It came with 2 years of Samsung Care + as a promotion at launch.

We want to figure out when and why Samsung through Servify locked your device. Servify is the contractor that Samsung uses for Samsung Care +. You couldn't have signed up for Care+ because you bought your phone from a 3rd party vendor. What were you trying to do when you got the message?
