So, yes, as you can see in the picture, I talk to Ebay on 12/21/2025 but its useless as they cant help me anymore because its a long time now (10 months)
(The next picture will be the communication between me and the seller on EBay)

This communication is just now 12/24/2025. As you can see, the seller ebay cant help me anymore because there's someone already registered on my phone (he bought the phone directly on samsung). Yes, I got this sealed and brandnew, when Im setting it up, its just normal set up as the other samsung phone I had before. Yes, I did put my samsung account here, does that include that im the new owner? But if it was me, then how would i filed a claim as the seller on Ebay talking about? I DONT EVEN talk to a samsung, and they won't even ship item here in Guam, USA using my PO BOX, thats why I use Ebay.

I tried to talk to a Samsung Service (the online one) I dont have any screenshot but basically they cant help me because Im not the registered name in this phone S25 ULTRA. Btw, I got this S25 Ultra for $1400 on Ebay on February 2025. Just 10 months ago..

If anyone can advise me on this or help me, I would appreciate it. I had all my picture here on my brother ๐Ÿ‘ผ and all my research paper files saved on this device, I can't afford to reset this or just lose it like this by not being able to open this phone. Please Im desperate, I dont know what to do now. The seller on Ebay can't help me anymore, the Ebay customer service wont also help me because of the timeframe, and the Samsung customer service ignores me as Im not the person registered in this phone to there system. Anything helps ๐Ÿ˜ข is this how I will be on Christmas ๐Ÿ˜ข I dont deserve this

Sorry, but it appears that someone purchased this phone before you and tried to do a trade-in with it and didn't send the device in, so it was locked. Your only option would be to contact Customer Service and see if they can provide some assistance.

They can still contact Customer service since Guam is a US territory so the US support should be the correct support I think.

I don't understand why Servify is contacting them 10 months later. I don't know what the poster was doing to get that messgae from them!

It looks like a trade in or an insurance replacement that wasn't sent in so it got locked. I believe they help with trade in I think.

I wish I knew, but that's all I got after using the phone. I just woke up and saw it like this: "disabled lock phone." I've never encountered something like this before. But what could I do? The seller on eBay claims that "someone opened a claim and they sent out a replacement unit to the registered owner," in which he's the owner since he showed me the receipt on eBay along with the description before I bought it third party on eBay. I don't understand why the seller would say that, especially since ten months have passed. I just wanted brandnew phone but can't order from Samsung because they wont ship here in Guam.

Based on the screenshot you provided, the IMEI check, the warranty still active. Does that mean there's possibility that the original owner ( where i got this phone activate that warranty?) Im not familiar with those thing.

No, I think the seller is telling the truth. I think somehow someone else did this to you. I don't know how, but Servify knows where that replacement device got sent and who it got sent to.

I looked up the seller on Ebay, he has a 100% positive rating. I contacted him and explained that Servify is the one to deal with, because they are the ones that messed up here.
