All of my Samsung devices are being factory reset. No one other than me has access. I live alone. Changed both google and Samsung passwords. Only my Samsung devices are authorized in devices. Happens overnight, I wake up and everything is reset. I receive the message an unauthorized attempt was made to factory reset the device. Which makes no sense since it proceeds to factory reset anyway. Phones are brand new and even gotten replacements just in case and still happens. Support sees no security issues and neither does Google. I have 2 factor also and never receive any notifications. This is rediculous no help is available.

I originally had an S25 ultra which was the first to factory reset itself. Then I got a warranty replacement thinking maybe it was hardware related. But nope, did the same factory reset. So I bought a Fold 7 and boom same thing. My galaxy tab which is never powered on also factory reset while off. I just 2 days ago got the watch but this was all before I got any other devices. I believe somehow due to Google being able to remotely factory reset devices, this is somehow happening. No indication of suspicious devices logging in though? I have everything logged out and my Google unlinked from my samsung account. I believe it may be a hacker trying to gain access but how I am never notified or no other devices shown is puzzling to me.

Do you have auto blocker turned on in security an privacy settings? If someone was getting in through Google find to reset your device, the shouldn't be able to do it anymore since you said you changed the password.

Yes I do have auto blocker on. And even after changing my password all devices today reset. Other than the photo of the error, I cannot find out what else could be causing this.

You reset all your passwords. Did you also reset your phone's password? Did you swap out your SIM card for a new one?. Do you have a crazy ex? I dont see ant purpise in a ha mer simply resetting your devices and taking no other control. It would have to be someone who delights in frustrating you.

Yes I reset all passwords and both phones are new Sims, new phone numbers and new devices. Crazy ex? Oh yeah. ๐Ÿ˜‚ But no one has access to my devices physically. And with 2FA and no other signs of suspicious devices logins I'm not sure how this is possible.

As I previously stated, your best bet is to put in an error report and turn off your phone at night.

I just sent the report and will try the device off option. But like I said, my galaxy tablet was completely off when it happened and I only noticed this when turning it on after I seen both phones completely reset. What gets me is the message. An "unauthorized attempt" It's not attempted it actually factory reset! I can't believe samsung has no clue. And forget about Google, they are horrible just like Microsoft and have no customer service number on earth ๐Ÿ˜‚

Have you set up the phone completely from scratch after any of the resets, or did you restore a backup, that may have transferred over some malware? Have you run a malware scan?
