Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Galaxy S25 Ultra and I’m hoping someone here can help.

I purchased two Galaxy S25 Ultra devices at launch — one for me and one for my wife. I recently started using my wired USB-C headphones again. Initially, they worked perfectly on my phone with excellent sound quality. However, from one day to the next, my device completely stopped recognizing them.

The same headphones still work without any issues on my wife’s Galaxy S25 Ultra, so the headphones themselves are not the problem.

I have already tried all the common troubleshooting steps, including clearing cache, checking settings, and even performing a full factory reset. Unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. This is the only accessory that causes issues; all other peripherals work normally, so I don’t believe the USB-C port is faulty.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or found a solution? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
