Subject: Critical System UI Failure - Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (1TB)

Device:

- Model: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (1TB)

- Model Number: S938U1

- Software: One UI Version 8.0, Android 16

- Build #: S938U1UEU5BY13/S938U1OYM5BY13/S938U1UEU5BY13

- Security Patch: September 25, 2025 - Cause of Problem!

Issue: S25 Ultra is thus experiencing critical system failures: 

Thousands of Samsung Cellphone Users Presently are Affected!

  1. - Quick Settings panel completely greyed out and non-functional

  2. - Last System UI did not complete installation process

  3. - Device as a result regularly reboots without warning

  4. - Phone repeatedly enters Safe Mode automatically

  5. - Unable to use device for normal operations

Troubleshooting Attempted:

  1. - Forced restart (Power + Volume Down)

  2. - Cache partition wipe via Recovery Mode

  3. - Checked for software updates

  4. -- Safe Mode exit attempts

This is widely a known One UI 8.0 system bug affecting multiple S25 Ultra devices and based upon community reports. Samsung Devices affected by such are unusable in its current state. 

This is a brand new device release and recent purchase!

Require a professional and actual solution IMMEDIATELY….and NOT EITHER A FACTORY RESET NOR ANY SOLUTION WHICH SHALL CAUSE US THE LOSS OF MY DATA OR SPENDING COUNTLESS HOURS RELOADING AND RE-REGISTERING MY THOUSANDS OF APPLICATIONS FROM A CLOUD DOWNLOAD!

SAMSUNG! PLEASE! Need a Software Patch Update to Resolve this IMMEDIATELY!

First time I seen or heard of this issue in regards to ui8 would seem the update got interrupted perhaps or something caused it to stop installing
