S25 ultra screen freezing, problems writing in Arabic

I have been using Samsung since 2007 and this is the first time I have encountered these problems.

There are many technical problems with the phone, such as the screen freezing, and when writing letters in Arabic, there is a glitch.

If you're still within your 15-day return window I would suggest returning it.
