The S25 should have come with a cable. This is the one recommended by Samsung to charge your device. Samsung also sells power adapters, the standard one is 25w and the super fast charging one is 45w. When it comes to the brick itself, anything over 15 w should work as a fast charger, and anything that exceeds the phone limitations should automatically step down to a compatible voltage, as that is what the PD standard is supposed to do, and all chargers over 30w have the PD standard.
