Samsung customer service is horrible, the reps try to be like technical support shame smh, if you guys dont know how to vastly look up whats going on and fix it stop acting like it and wasting my time and make a valid effort and transfer me to some one who does. I currently have the S23 Ultra As well as the S24 ultra but purchasing all of them was the biggest headache ever, my pre-orders always get cancelled, when I try to order them in store its a problem to get the 1TB version to where I have to wait 2 months past the pre-order date just to receive and item I paid top dollar for. Its really draining after the 7th attempt to try and pre-order a dang phone, no shade but ive never had to deal with this much incompetent behavior at any other company. Samsung I warn you this will be the downfall of your company. Your stores are few and far from alot of main cities and your customer service via telephone or browser chat is HORRIBLE !!! please get it together and ill pass on the S25 Ultra , thinking of trying a new company out and seeing how dissatisfying your guys really are.
So is it just they have something against me ? I have multiple samsung electronics , tablet , 2 phones , computer , TV. It's always the phones that give me the worst time
You know what's crazy I never said anyone else had the problem I'm stating my problems, and my disappointment in the company I left apple behind for. I expect way better customer service I expected my phone that I paid for to be with me here in sacramento ca but it's not now is it. I'm happy for you but that doesn't solve me problem sir , you know how to solve that problem ?
I ordered on the 22nd and still haven't got a shipping notification or anything. Kind of suprised since it seems like everyone else already has one in hand. Granted I'm doing a pickup in store, so I'm not sure if I'll even see an email showing that it is in route.
If you choose pick up in store you won't be able to get it until 2/7 when they are officially released in the future if you pre-order something always choose to have shipped as you can see you would get it earlier
