I did it on my S24 Ultra, but I don't remember how to do it for the S25 Ultra.

Was your S24U in the Beta?
If not, this is how it is for Ui7.

You should be able do it through a combination of GoodLock and the screen zoom settings (at least you could on OneUI6.1).  Download Good Lock and the Quick Star module from the Galaxy store.  Although I did hear that most of Good Lock is not operational for OneUI7. Open QuickStar, turn it on and scroll down to change quick setting button grid and slide it all the way to "narrow".  Then go to your phone settings/display and scroll down to "screen zoom".  Tap on screen zoom and then adjust the zoom to the left.  This will also affect your text sizing, so make sure you put it at a level where you can still read your screen text.
