Galaxy S25I had this issue on my S24 Ultra in late summer, so I decided to trade it in for the S25 Ultra and it's happening straight out of the box. The phone gets really warm and the battery starts dropping at like... 1% every minute or two. Restarting the phone stops it for a little while but then it keeps doing it. I've included the battery graph, and you can see it just randomly curve down. Does anyone know what could be causing this? My Pixel 8 gets better battery life at this point!

Galaxy S25I've had my S25 Ultra for a week now, I posted the first 2 full charge graphs earlier, and here are the last two. Which is amazing, a couple hours more on screen time than my s23 Ultra.
My opinion is all the people on this post have a bad batch of the phone, I have had no issues with heating or with my battery life.
The second graph I posted was a little off but I kind of wonder if it had to do with wearing my Galaxy watch 6 on a 12 hr dhift sometimes I didn't have my phone on me so maybe it was searching for it.
I know today is the last day I think for everyone to get the great deals that they got when they bought this phone. My opinion is everybody should return the phones that are having the battery and heating issues cuz it doesn't sound normal to me, and reorder.
I know it's a pain sending back your phone and reordering.
But keeping and going past the two week return policy , and then having to bring it in store to get it fixed and then having to have it mailed out to Texas to get fixed is a huge hassle that you don't want to have to deal with with a new phone.
I've had Samsung for many many years I've only had one iPhone. I've had the S8 plus the Note 9 Note, 10 and 20. Then S22 Ultra and s23 Ultra
I did try the s24 ultra for a week and didn't think there was that much difference between the s23 ultra and the s24 so I returned it and waited for the s25 Ultra. Which I am so very happy I did cuz this phone is the best phone I've ever had, screen clarity is beautiful, its fast great camera. I am very bummed like everyone else is that they took away the Bluetooth capability, which I used for the shutter for my phone quite often. But after getting it and seeing all the great improvements I decided that I would just get a little shutter button that you can connect to your Bluetooth and put it on my keychain. I wish everyone the best I hope everything works out with your phones. Have a great rest of your day and take care.
