S25 Ultra (Android 16, One UI 8.0) - Update & CSC Support Needed"

Hello Samsung Team,

I’m using a Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android 16, One UI 8.0, model SM-S938B/DS, CSC XSA/XSG). My device is running smoothly, but I’m not receiving the most recent updates, new features, or AI options that other regions are getting.

I kindly request:

• Access to the newest system update for One UI 8.x

• AI feature rollout and updated Samsung apps

• Eligibility for the next Beta (OU1) if available for my device

• Support on why my Galaxy Store and software update region still shows Italy even after CSC confirmation

I appreciate your help and look forward to any guidance or update schedule information you can provide.

I’m using the global model SM-S938B/DS, and the CSC isn’t U.S.
I posted here because I wanted to hear from other S25 Ultra users with similar experiences.

S938B/DS is usually unlocked but check with your Italian carrier (or original country/region carrier) how to get updates. Your other option is to flash it with firmware for your SIM 1 carrier using Odin. However, you may still not get all the AI features unless those for your region.
