Galaxy S25
Hello Samsung Team,
I’m using the Galaxy S25 Ultra on Android 16 with One UI 8.0, and I want to share a full summary of my experience so far. The phone is excellent in many ways, but I have a few areas where I need guidance and improvements.

Camera:
Image quality is great, but sometimes pictures lose detail in low light and the processing can be heavy. Is there any new camera optimization update coming soon?

Battery & Heat:
Battery performance changes day to day. Some days it drains quickly, and the device gets warm with light apps like social media. Are there recommended settings for better temperature control?

Performance & Smoothness:
The phone is fast, but One UI animations sometimes feel inconsistent. Will there be any future performance patches or animation improvements?

Good Lock & Customization:
Some Good Lock modules and theme options are unavailable on my device. Will more modules be released for my region soon? Also, will new customization features be added in future updates?

Network & Connectivity:
I occasionally get slow mobile data or Wi-Fi drops. Is this something you’re optimizing for the S25 Ultra?

Storage & System Behaviour:
The system uses a lot of background storage. Are there any new cleanup or optimization tools planned for One UI?

Overall, I’m enjoying the device, but I would appreciate guidance on these points and any upcoming improvements Samsung has planned.

Thank you.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll switch the camera optimization to minimum and test it. Hopefully it gives me cleaner photos. Appreciate the help.

Set Scene Optimization to Off or Minimum.
This stops the phone from over-editing colors.

In Camera → Settings:
• Turn Auto FPS ON (helps in low light)
• Turn Video Stabilization ON for normal videos
• Turn HDR10+ Video OFF unless you really need it
• Turn Tracking Auto-Focus OFF (only use it for moving subjects)
• Set Picture Format to High Efficiency (saves space and keeps quality strong)

In the actual camera view:

• Use 3x and 5x zoom for the sharpest zoom shots
• Tap to focus — then slide the exposure a little down for cleaner detail
• For night photos, don’t move the phone, even a little
• For portraits, use the Natural filter (avoid the others)

For super detailed photos:

Use 200MP mode, but only with good lighting.
It gives your phone the sharpest photos possible.

Download the "good guardians" app from the Galaxy store. With the app installed, "Thermal Guardian" offers a way to track and manage your device’s temperature. "Memory Guardian" offers a way to track device performance based on memory usage. " The app also includes battery utilities to help with your battery performance.
