S25 Ultra (Android 16, One UI 8.0) - Update & CSC Support Needed"

Hello Samsung Team,

I’m using a Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android 16, One UI 8.0, model SM-S938B/DS, CSC XSA/XSG). My device is running smoothly, but I’m not receiving the most recent updates, new features, or AI options that other regions are getting.

I kindly request:

• Access to the newest system update for One UI 8.x

• AI feature rollout and updated Samsung apps

• Eligibility for the next Beta (OU1) if available for my device

• Support on why my Galaxy Store and software update region still shows Italy even after CSC confirmation

I appreciate your help and look forward to any guidance or update schedule information you can provide.

That's a lot!

This is a peer to peer board, the only help with your dilemma that you will receive here is you will need to go to a authorized Samsung service center to see if the proper software can be flashed to your device to insure updates.

I just wanted to gather information from other S25 Ultra users who may have faced similar software or feature issues.

You might be the first that knows what is wrong. We don't have dual SIM ( DS CODE) in this country.

I hope they can flash it for you.

Thanks for the information. That explains a lot.
My device is the global SM-S938B/DS model, so the dual-SIM code doesn’t match some regions.
I appreciate your help — I’ll check with a Samsung service center to see if they can flash the correct software for my region.
