Has anyone noticed issues with less responsive areas on the screen where the s pen requires more pressure than normal to register writing or erasing?
I believe this is a recent quality issue (since the s24 ultra) as I've owned every Samsung note device and never had any issues.
On my S24 ultra there was a band on the right hand side of the screen that was unresponsive. And now on my brand new S25 ultra there's an area at the top right (over the camera modules) that is unresponsive.
Its really annoying and makes fluid handwriting impossible.
I should note I don't use a magnetic case so it has nothing to do with that. Ive also tried resetting the s pen numerous times and increasing touch sensitivity. To no avail. My hunch is it's either interference from the camera modules (cost reductions to shielding?) or some sort of issue related to the new anti glare coatings.
Either way it's made me question Samsung's quality control and I'd be interested to know if others have experienced this.

Galaxy S25Yes I have. Those tests don't validate the whole screen or highlight this specific fault. The issue is an increase in pressure required in certain screen areas.
