RCS on Samsung Messages doesn't show reactions or anything when you're texting to an iPhone. Google Messages does show all of the reactions between iOS and Android, even with animations.
I received my S25 Ultra last week Thursday to find out that they took off Samsung messages and replaced with Google messages. Samsung messages was the first app I literally downloaded! I've been running it for 5 days now without any hiccups! Some prefer Google messages, I personally enjoy Samsung messages!
Im using the S25 Ultra. I know I'm not getting a few features, but nothing I'm too worried about! I've tried Google messages a handful of times but revert back to Samsung messages ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ
