Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S25, S25+ or S25 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Date ordered:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

I do it every year.
It takes about 9-10 days after pre-ordering, to receive the phone in Orlando FL.

But I always pre-order the very first day / right after it becomes available at Samsung.com

Ordering days later it might take several more days or even weeks longer.

S24 Ultra
• Pre-Ordered it on January 17th
• Shipped by Samsung on January 24th
• Received by UPS on January 25th
(At Louisville, Kentucky / 7:30am)
• Delivered by UPS on January 26th
(At my house / 10:43am)

Exactly. I tried telling some people in the other s25 thread. I do my reservation & preorder every year. If it shows on the 30th I will be surprised.

Got an email yesterday my s25 ultra 512gb black shipped. Shows shipped in Samsung app but when I go to UPS it shows ups doesn't have the package yet. Anyone's update to show ups has package?

My S25U was also shipped from Samsung's warehouse yesterday. Not received yet by UPS.

Last year it took just one day for my S24U to arrive at UPS (Louisville Ky / 7:30am) after being shipped from Samsung's warehouse.

So I ordered my Galaxy S25+ unlocked from Samsung.com shortly after the unveiled event. On 1/27 I received an email from Samsung saying my order would arrive in Southern California on 1/30. Like others, UPS tracking link showed label created but didn't say they have my order. Today, 1/29 late morning I received an update that said now in Louisville, KY and still on track to deliver by mid-day on 1/30. This is a week early as they gave themselves until 2/7 as part of the pre-order. Hopefully no issues.

Yep mine (S25+) also said the same thing till this afternoon. When I checked 5 minutes ago the status changed on UPS site to *we have your package* Delivery is scheduled between 11:30am and 3:30pm tomorrow (Jan 30th)

I will not be upgrading to the S25 Ultra because it was a sorry excuse for an upgrade. My wife is still on the S23 Ultra and the S24 Ultra that I have seemed like a downgrade. Samsung, chasing Apple and it's poorly updated phones is comical, considering Samsung has had better phones for years. Samsung, you are about to lose a lot of loyal customers. Focus on more RAM, better battery, adding features instead of taking away (no Bluetooth stylus on S25 ultra), improved cameras, and anything innovative! This new phone is the same phone as last year, with less. DO BETTER SAMSUNG.

Samsung created the shipping label for my S25 on the 25th and informed UPS it was ready for pickup. Today is the 29th and still not picked up. Why did Samsung change from FEDEX to UPS?
