I have a huge problem with Samsung and their shipping policy. Why does Samsung NOT allow us who have placed orders on their online store reroute the shipment to a UPS Store via Smart Choice to be picked up later? Some of us work all day and carriers aren't smart enough to hide a package behind a tall patio fence. Apparently leaving a package out in the open is OK according to Samsung. Why is that?
