New S25 Ultra charging, moisture or debris issues

My phone is less than 30 days old, s25 Ultra. 5 days within getting it from xfinity, it had charging issues saying moisture or debris. I took it to a samsung recommended store they admitted i was not at fault however couldn't determine the issue there. Making me send my device in for replacement.

My charger port and phone had no liquid damage or physical damage and was less than 30 days old.

I tried all the ways going around on web to fix it, I think the Software Update had to be the cause.

Did you send it in for replacement?  Did you receive your replacement?

I'm about to send it in tomorrow. They didn't want to give the new phone first though, so I between Xfinity and Samsung I made them compensate me. They credited a month of my entire phone pill, after escalating it to higher up the chain. But the ive had the phone for less than 30 days and got sold a lemon, samsung hiding the actual error and letting me send it in is kinda stupid if all it'll take is some digging around with what they **bleep**ed up

Seems like the point of the post is the new iui 8 update, created battery issues, charging issues, and more. If im incorrect so be it, I just needed to play my input about the update also was what triggered my issues.

I'm also facing this issue, I just started the process of contacting Support.

I cleaned out the port twice and only after powering it off twice, it charges again. I also had to clear the USB cache.

I had an S21 Ultra before and that one was back to normal after one time that I was in a bad storm walking across a city. This one on the other hand seems to randomly present it despite me keeping it safe.

Same problem here but after the recent security update the charging is spuratic and only charges in slow charge mode. As well as the wireless charging is slow. Guess it was the recent update

I cleared the system cache and everything is still OK, about 7 days later. We will see.
