Samsung this was definitely a deal breaker for me as I use Air Actions every day I was going to upgrade but I'm now sticking with my S24 Ultra I mean seriously Air Actions was the main selling point of the S-Pen

My sentiments exactly. I use the pen as a shutter remote, zooming in and out.

The main reason besides it being cheaper to remove it is the 25W wireless charging, Bluetooth interference with the magnets, they don't like each other. I don't use wireless charging, never did. Wireless chargers are inefficient and always on, waste electricity. While as an individual, it is negligible, millions and millions add up.

I don't use wireless charging either. You *still* have to put the phone on a charger to charge, so what does it save, the 2 seconds it takes to plug the cord into the phone? Not like it charges OTA or anything like that.

I use both wireless and wired charging and I never have a problem with the wireless charging

The s pen not having remote shutter would be a deal breaker for me upgrading from my 23 ultra if I wasn't already decided

Yes, you're right, does 25? Ultra just released and removed the Bluetooth from the s. Pen, that's mean, you can't take a picture from it

I'm sure it all came down to not enough people were using it so it was probably cheaper just to get rid of it

What a silly move by Samsung! They're gonna lose some customers over this phone update.

This recent update for the Samsung S Pen has been quite disappointing. The absence of Bluetooth functionality significantly diminishes its utility for us. We may explore options from other brands if this issue persists. I strongly encourage you to reevaluate your decision regarding these changes. Please ensure that this feedback is conveyed to the appropriate channels before my post is deleted. I will take a screenshot and share this recommendation with all relevant Samsung representatives. If you agree with my concerns regarding the S Pen update, please show your support by liking this post.

Is anyone else upset that the S Pen of the S25 Ultra will have degraded functionality regarding Bluetooth controls?
