Galaxy S25I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department ๐ Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25Have you got Android Device Policy installed from the Play Store?
As soon as I installed this it fixed it, and I don't know why it wasn't installed on the phone in the first place

Galaxy S25I'm from Sรฃo Paulo, Brazil.
I've tried now after updating Android version and it didn't worked. Also talked with my IT admin and not even them resolved this issue.
Idk if this can help troubleshooting it, but we've installed TestDPC from Play Store and this app also does not work properly. I'm using now two phones to work...

Galaxy S25Gustavo, tenho o mesmo problema, o meu eu cheguei a instalar e tudo funcionar, mas tive que restaurar o telefone, depois disso nunca mais funcionou... faz um teste ai, desistala o portal, reunicia, ai coloca o portal como adm e inicia configuraรงรฃo, vou vai observar o icone da criaรงรฃo do perfil bem rapido perto do relogio, ai o icone some e da erro, ai vc volta e ve que o sistema tirou automaticamente o portal como ADM, entao, algo esta fazendo que quando รฉ instalado um perfil esse perfil seja impedido de ser criado. briguei com o TI aqui achando que era algo deles, mas ta bem claro que รฉ alguma coisa no telefone.
o Seu desde que vc tirou da caixa vc restaurou ele ou desde o inicio nao funcionou ?
penso que tb que apos a restauraรงรฃo falta algum app que impede essa criaรงรฃo do perfil.

Cara, estou com esta situaรงรฃo desde quando retirei o S25U da caixa. Nรฃo restaurei nem nada.
Tambรฉm acho que seja algo do telefone pois baixando o TestDPC, o prรณprio aplicativo diz que nรฃoo รฉ admin, mesmo estando configurado com esta funรงรฃo nas configuraรงรตes do aparelho. Parece ser alguma permissรฃo da Samsung. Em resumo, dois aplicativos que fazem a mesma coisa estรฃo com o mesmo comportamento...
Vocรช sabe algum outro jeito que conseguimos entrar em contato com a marca?

Galaxy S25Hi, I tried TestDPC and same problem. I think, problem is in listing device as Android Enterprise https://androidenterprisepartners.withgoogle.com/devices/#!?search=S25 .

Galaxy S25I still have the same issue since I got my phone - unable to create work profile with InTune. Trying any workaround found on the internet did not help. Even factory reset of the device did not help.

Galaxy S25So it finally started to work yesterday without any update of Samsung OS or MS Intune app. Seems like remote fix on Google or Samsung backends. It is shame that it took so long to fix. Hopefully others will have it resolved soon.
