Galaxy S25I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department ๐ Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25Can someone please mark this thread as NOT resolved? There are still many cases where work profile just simply does not work. Can someone from Samsung team please answer if this issues is being looked at?

Galaxy S25Still having the same issue here.
I just got the device last week.
Anyone from samsung can address this, since apperantly a lot of users still caneta use work profile on s25 devices?
IF this can provide any help, i'm from Brazil.

Galaxy S25Just bought a Galaxy S25 Ultra a few weeks ago and unfortunately I'm not able to create a work profile with MS Intune. I've tried all workarounds that I found on Reddit and Samsung community, but it does not work! I've installed TestDPC and got the same errors.
I think that this can be related to some Android Enterprise support because I could not find any reference of the models when searching for it.
Does anyone else are having issues when trying to create a work profile on S25 series?

Galaxy S25This particular topic was covered yesterday regarding another S25 user. I provided these links obtained through AI a response. Read the Microsoft ones especially. This is a fairly known issue now and has much to do with Intune needing to be updated to the new phone specs.
