I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department ๐ Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.
S22 ultra intune company portal continually crashes as soon as it tries to open. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it 4 times..... same results. I must be overlooking a setting somewhere. Has anyone experienced this?
I'm using the S25 Ultra and I'm unable to install the work profile using Google Workspace. My IT admin confirmed there are no restrictions, and everything works fine on my old Note 20. I'm currently in Mexicoโhas anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be going on?
I've owned S25U for more than a month and still not able to create work profile from day-1, despite tried suggestions from this thread (including factory reset).
I'm from Malaysia and using Workspace One Intelligent Hub as my work profile.
I am having the same issues with my new S25+ our O T department tried to uninstall, reinstall, and register this phone but it stops when I get up to creatign the work profile. I need my phone to work so this is a big problem. Please advise on how to fix this
It's sad to see that this issue isn't resolved, neither is there an official response. This feature is considered an essential feature for a lot of us. Seeking for a response or resolution. Do I need to sell my S25 Ultra? Do I need to switch to an Apple?
Same issue with s24 plus. I did factory reset and then it worked for 3 days and then again all apps got deleted automatically and again I am not able to setup profile
Hi guys, I managed to apply a workaround using Microsoft Outlook.
Context: My company organization is using Google Workspace.
Workaround: Logged in Microsoft Outlook, successfully went through MFA (on my existing Tab S6 Lite), and it synced my calendar as well. I am also able to sync and view my colleague's calendar.
Cons: Yet to explore workaround for Google Drive. (May most probably rely on my Tab S6 Lite.)
