Galaxy S25I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department ๐ Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Galaxy S25Unfortunately until now. It's not yet resolved. Very frustrating. Poco phones had no issues at all but the expensive Samsung has issues. I'm in PH

Galaxy S25Checking everyday by removing the account and adding the account. Still not working. I'm not doing factory reset anymore since I already have a lot of new content saved in my phone.
They should at least release an update or post more info regarding this. It is frustrating not knowing if they will even bother to fix this or not

Galaxy S25I am having the same problem. S25 Ultra, cant create a Company Profile in Intunes. I am also located in the Philippines. Does anyone think its the device being Philippine-specific?

Galaxy S25I am very frustrated with Samsung for not looking into this. This is their flagship phone. Or they are now focus on folds

Galaxy S25One of our company users in Indonesia faced the issue today. Apparently no update available in that region yet. Device shows it's having the latest software. Frustrating.

Galaxy S25I was able to resolve the issue in Australia. I removed all the relevant Microsoft Apps and then had the Company Portal uninstalled from the apps folder, as attempting to delete it directly from the home screen was not effective. Once you have uninstalled the Company Portal, please reinstall it from the App Store. Afterward, instead of entering your email address, please select the Sign in Options below and then select"Sign in from another device" option and follow the prompts using your PC with a web browser at https://microsoft.com/devicelogin, entering the code displayed on your mobile device. This should allow you to log into the Company Portal successfully and have all your apps functioning properly.

Galaxy S25Thanks for the advice! But unfortunately, your method did not help. Most likely it depends on the country. I have Kazakhstan.
