I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department 😞 Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25So I was able to setup my work profile on my S25 Ultra and worked seamlessly. However my wife works for the same company and I cannot get hers to connect to any Microsoft application. Intune works properly without issues between personal and work profiles but still fails. Says device does not meet requirements. Everything(all software
) is up to date.

Galaxy S25I can only get into my phone by starting it in safe mode or removing the sim so there is no network access to “setup the phone”
then when I’m in I get an alert saying these device is managed by my company and will restore in 2 hours.
if I go through the normal setup process it says it can’t setup device and to contact my IT department.
if I try and install in tune and load the profile it gives me a similar msg saying it can’t load the profile.
This sucks

Galaxy S25I'm in the UK, it wasn't working this morning, but now is. The only change I have made is installing Android Device Policy from the Play Store.
I couldn't register immediately before installing this, but could immediately after installing Device Policy.
The only issue I have is that I can't unlock with biometrics, and there isn't an option for One Lock anywhere in my settings, but at least I do have access now

Galaxy S25Hello fellow S25 owners. I did it. Go to settings, then Security and Privacy, then Device Admin to make sure that Company Portal is enabled. I was able to update my company policies and get the connectivity to my work e mail. Good luck. M

Galaxy S25Hello
I had the same issue the 10/02/2025
i had to disable the protection of the device for the stolen/lost option in the settings after that restart the mobile
and i was able to install the work profil with Microsoft Intune.
After the enrollment re-enable the protection.
It doesnt block the MDM.
**and i had the same for iOS iPhone 16 too
you need to disable protection of the the stolen/lost option in the settings (you may need 1h for both)
No need restart but need to re-enable the protection like Android
hope it will help
Good luck

Galaxy S25look for Device Admin Apps under Settings/ Security and Privacy. then choose the app that you want to enable. this option tends to hide under the Security and Privacy so do a search. once you activate the Company Portal or whichever you're using, then it's fairly clear how to refresh your connection to your company's e mails. I had to refresh my settings with my company, but that went very well once i enabled Company Portal. hope this helps all.
