New S25 Ultra Unable to setup work profile using company portal

I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.

I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.

I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.

I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department šŸ˜ž Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Confirmed. As another user, cannot install work profile. Phone useless without that capability.

My company uses Workspace One Intelligent Hub and I am having the same issue. My company doesn't allow us to access any emails, teams, etc without a work account setup on our phone so I am out of luck currently is not tied to my company and will have to return the phone if they can't get this fixed.

This one makes no sense. Two new S25 Ultras migrated using Smart Switchā€”two different users. One had no issues creating a work profile for the Intune Company Portal. The other is seeing the same errors that everyone is mentioning. This is ridiculous.

Logged this with Microsoft who confirm that Samsung will need to resolve the issue, with hybrid working and use of Enterprise applications,  Samsung need to fix this ASAP .

What specifically did Microsoft say? How did you log it? Did they offer any insight at all?

Maybe it's related to software version? Can anyone with access to a working profile check the About Phone --> Software Information? Mine is a non working device, unlocked, on T-Mobile US - screenshot linked here

If this isn't resolved by Sunday night then I am going to volunteer to factory reset my phone and immediately load the Intune portal as the first app, and then see what happens.

If that doesnt fix it, then surely the phone has to be returned?
