I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department š Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25My company uses Workspace One Intelligent Hub and I am having the same issue. My company doesn't allow us to access any emails, teams, etc without a work account setup on our phone so I am out of luck currently is not tied to my company and will have to return the phone if they can't get this fixed.

Galaxy S25This one makes no sense. Two new S25 Ultras migrated using Smart Switchātwo different users. One had no issues creating a work profile for the Intune Company Portal. The other is seeing the same errors that everyone is mentioning. This is ridiculous.

Galaxy S25Logged this with Microsoft who confirm that Samsung will need to resolve the issue, with hybrid working and use of Enterprise applications, Samsung need to fix this ASAP .
