Galaxy S25I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department š Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25Same thing, worked fine on my old s21 failure on s25 exactly the same way as everyone else described. IIT admins don't know what is going on.

Galaxy S25I use Testdpc to create a workprofile. Testdpc tells me it cant be setup as profile owner. Sounds like a related issue. If so, it sounds like it is not microsoft but device related.

Galaxy S25I am also unable to install it. I get error message and direct me to my IT. My company IT has tried everything but could not resolve it and raised a ticket with Microsoft.

Galaxy S25I am also not able to install Intune Company Portal on S25 Ultra (was able to do it on S23). My it raised a ticket with Microsoft but said this is a very small chance for them to do anything about it.
I am not sure if this is an issue with compatibility or just that the phone is still too new? Never had this issue when I pre-ordered my S23 Ultra - it just worked fine.

Galaxy S25I bought unlocked S25 Ultra in the UK by pre-order. My previous s24 ultra was fine with work profile. I did not used smart switch. I just setup this s25 ultra as new and facing same work profile issue.

Galaxy S25But we also confirmed by looking at the database list that there were other people in my company who had successfully got their S25 Ultras to register with the work profile! It was a real a-ha moment. In fact one of the guys in the room did! He had an S25 Ultra with the work profile installed.....right in front of us. We compared every setting, every variable we could think of between his phone and mine and there was zero difference. We even had the same network carrier (T Mobile unlocked).
It definitely seems to be a variable that none of us have thought of yet which is causing this. I can only hope that it really is to do with the release date thing so that it's fixed on Friday.
