Galaxy S25I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department š Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25Exact same issue. This is ridiculous. No reason for me to keep this phone if this isn't fixed ASAP. I'll be returning it soon if it's not fixed.

Galaxy S25I am having the same issue. Worked with my company's I.T dept and no luck. Called Customer Service and was told that Samsung and Microsoft are working the issue. Hopefully it can be resolved soon!!!

Galaxy S25Same thing, worked fine on my old s21 failure on s25 exactly the same way as everyone else described. IIT admins don't know what is going on.

Galaxy S25I use Testdpc to create a workprofile. Testdpc tells me it cant be setup as profile owner. Sounds like a related issue. If so, it sounds like it is not microsoft but device related.
