Galaxy S25I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department š Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25Intune Company Portal installation worked for me and the work profile was successfully created (after a few hours).
In my case there was an Android prompt to approve access that got lost in the background during the install. Just happened to see it when using the app switcher and once I got past that, the three required steps completed.

Galaxy S25Where you mentioned app switcher, are you referring to using the Smart Switch app to copy over from your old phone to your new phone?

Galaxy S25That's news. I used a new S25 Ultra phone to set up Company Profile and there was no prompt for access in App switcher. Glad it worked for you.

Galaxy S25I'm getting the same issues described here. Have installed the Intune Company portal. Put in credentials and approve MFA Request. Click continue to install work profile, which then fails with "Can't add Work Profile'.
I can sign into things like Outlook, Teams etc, but seems it can't create the work profile container.

Galaxy S25I am also unable to login to my workprofile (google). Or I am able to create the profile, but nothing in the profile works/apps don't sync and I am not able to login to google, even though my IT admin has approved my new device.
When will there be a fix for this issue?

Galaxy S25Dealing with this as well. Workspace One is a no-go on the S25 Ultra. Hoping for a quick solution.

Galaxy S25Hi. I checked through various settings and tested my Work account on several other devices all worked OK.
Then on the S25 ultra I setup not using Microsoft Exchange but Office 365, this prompted a signin and validation through Authenticator and works with the Native Samsung email app

Galaxy S25Another one here that can't install work profile through microsoft intune. Based on previous post looks like it we will be waiting until it's added to the Android Enterprise verified list.
