Howdy!
- Do Not Disturb is TURNED OFF.
- No Modes or Routines are running (there aren't any setup).
- Sound is on.
- Vibrate is on.
- No icons or app badges show up on the top.
- The apps that I am testing with I have confirmed that notifications are turned on.
- All the options are selected for the notification options (Lock Screen, App icon badge, Notification pop-up).
- This happens if the phone is sleeping or awake.
- My old phone is still using Wi-Fi and notifications work fine on that one (other than messages and phone cause that's tied to the SIM). Turning off the old phone and waiting a few minutes and trying on the new phone, same thing happens.
- If I open the offending app, I can see the unread messages.

Galaxy S25Same issue with my S25. Transfered via smart switch from a S22. S22 continues to get all notifications just fine. I've checked all settings on the s25 and all looks set up correctly, but no notifications. Not sure how to resolve.

Galaxy S25Guys,
A lot of you keep complaining, not mentioning if you have tried this weird fix with private DNS: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S25/New-S25-Ultra-Notifications-not-working/m-p/3132198/h...

Galaxy S25Private DNS, nor have any of the other fixes mentioned here worked for me. I have not tried the ADB one, and probably won't since it's a little beyond my technical capabilities.

Galaxy S25I haven't noticed a real difference in battery life. Full day and I'm only down to 80% with moderate usage.

Galaxy S25Doze Stopper is working for me. Too soon to report on any negative impacts, but at least I'm getting my notifications now.

Galaxy S25I tried the DNS change to see if that would make a difference, but it did not help. I've tried all the suggestions in this thread. Setting battery mode to "unrestricted" did seem to resolve the issue for at least one app that was having problems, but it did not resolve it for a couple others. The only thing that has worked for all the apps (including the one that was resolved with the "unrestricted" setting, thus making that not needed for that app) is the "adb shell dumpsys deviceidle disable" command prompt. Download adb tools from here:
https://developer.android.com/tools/releases/platform-tools
Unzip and put contents in a root directly, like c:\adb. Run a command prompt ("cmd" from windows menu), go to the adb directly you created (cd c:\adb). Plug your phone into your computer, and type "adb shell dumpsys deviceidle disable" at the c: prompt. Your phone needs to have developer options enabled, and then USB debugging enabled within that menu. You also have to allow the computer to access the phone with an on-screen prompt that will appear after you connect your phone.
Since doing this a few days ago, I've had zero issues. It needs to be done after every reboot unfortunately. All this I'm talking about is specifically for app notifications that are delayed until immediately after you unlock the phone (or until you plug it in for charging). I've also read the Doze Stopper app can resolve the issue, but I'm guessing it gives the phone a brief wake every minute or so rather than actually disabling doze like the adb command. It would be a simple solution for those not comfortable going the adb route, although it is pretty simple if you know how to access/use cmd in windows.

Galaxy S25I just checked out Doze Stopper to test it out, and I couldn't get it to work for me...notifications delayed until unlock on the problem apps I have. Back to adb deviceidle disable for me.
