I recently ordered the S25 for US Cellular on samsung.com and called US cellular to activate it but they told me that I have to call samsung because it's locked through them and I called samsung and they told me to call US cellular to activate it and I told them us cellular told me to call samsung . so I have no clue how to go about this . Can anyone offer some advice ?

You would have to keep calling US Cellular because you purchased a US Cellular model they are the ones that have to activate the phone to work 

@meself  Yeah you can buy US Cellular - Verizon - T-Mobile - At&t and Unlocked on the website

Yeah I always just select Unlocked and forget about it

Just came to me I think would apply to you also you should just move your Sim card from previous phone and get on wifi turn on and sign in part and good to go

If you had a previous phone with US cellular (of any brand), and have an active account, you can just move your SIM from that device to the new phone and it should work. If you traded in your old device, you were supposed to remove the SIM before you sent it. Otherwise, US celluar can just provide you with a new SIM. If you are first setting up service with US cellular, then they need to set up your account, assign you a number and activate your SIM. If I'm not mistaken, when you purchase a carrier locked phone, you have to provide your phone number and already have an active account with the carrier.
