Messages not deleting out of my Visual voicemail mailbox?

How is it that my messages never get deleted in my visual voicemail. I try deleting them everyday and they are still there. The same two messages

Verizon does not have a VVM app. I think it first appeared on S8+ and just transfered over each and every phone.

Yes I'm referring to the baked in visual voicemail

Try clearing cache in the app, then force stop. That's what usually works for me when it's buggy.

It was an accident. I was in my sleep lazy mode and I just commented 🙏

I have an older Galaxy A53 phone and my visual voicemail has NEVER worked. I can get regular voicemail and I decided that that was enough so I didn't pursue it 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Visual voicemail and facial recognition are two things ive never gotten to work properly on samsung. I dont understand why they dont give this more attention. Meanwhile my old work phone iPhone 13 works perfectly. With glasses or without

I probably should have pursued it so they could get the idea of how many people had problems.
