So i have an S25 Ultra, and for the past couple of weeks a 1 second timer randomly turns on, without any user input, i've had it turning on while i was watching instagram and youtube, but yestetday it turned on while i was sleeping.
Try Nice Catch settings change history to see if you can identify what's causing it.
