How to solve can't play video while on call galaxy s25

I've been using Galaxy phones all the time and never had this problem. This new S25 Ultra is having this issue. How do I resolve this?

Same issue. I just upgrade my phone to lastest S25 ultra. I spend 2.3k and expect a really huge difference. But this is really big thumbs down.

I'm using a Samsung S25 it is brand new and somehow, whenever I'm on a call (Messenger or WhatsApp), I can't play a video in the browser or in an app[pre installed apps like youtube ,instagram facebook reels works fine during call]. I can see the play button but nothing happens when I click it.When i drop the call it works just fine. I tried separate app sound still does not fix it , and also tried factory reset.

Has this been acknowledged yet? This didn't happen before, it was introduced with the beta version of oneUI 7 you guys shipped with the S25 line-up. 

You sold us a phone and got us to beta test it. Very frustrating.

Wow!  It is simply amazing to me on how many people are so rude on a phone call that they have to get their entertainment from a different source WHILE occupying someone else's time.  When I get a phone call, I go into a different room, or pause the show I am watching so I can devote my attention to the conversation at hand.  I guess I am a dying breed.  Good luck in the future trying to advocate for common courtesy when this behavior is the norm!  Uncommon courtesy FTW!

Well... some of us have spouses that are 8,000 miles away and we spend 12 hours on FaceTime with them and watch shows together and still able to see their faces... what's amazing to me is how people randomly criticize other people's choices without even knowing anything about them. I always thought common courtesy was not jumping to conclusions about random strangers😂

This is definitely not your problem.
There are plenty reasons why people would want to watch a video while on a call. Just think a little!

Also having this issue. Though it may not be common to some people but this particular use case is really important especially when on a call and need to check a few videos like from Netflix. 

I am not sure why no one from the Beta groups are raising this issue. Hopefully it gets fixed ASAP.
