How to solve can't play video while on call galaxy s25

I've been using Galaxy phones all the time and never had this problem. This new S25 Ultra is having this issue. How do I resolve this?

I'm using a Samsung S25 it is brand new and somehow, whenever I'm on a call (Messenger or WhatsApp), I can't play a video in the browser or in an app[pre installed apps like youtube,instagram facebook reels works fine during call]. I can see the play button but nothing happens when I click it.When i drop the call it works just fine. I tried separate app sound still does not fix it, and also

tried factory reset.
