Dear Samsung,
On my new S25 Ultra there is a heavy lense flare with the exception of the main lense. The lense was clean at the time when I took the images, as they were taken a few hours after unpacking the phone and I did not touch them. You can find examples images below.
What are my options:
- Should you replace this phone?
- Is it something that will be fixed by a software update?
- This is normal and all other S25 Ultra shoots similar photos?
