I have a issue that my phone won't stay connected to the charger. I wonder if Samsung does free port cleaning?

I'm looking to get this sloved.

And i purchase it back in March 2025.

The same happened with my Galaxy A54 but I'm not worried about that one.

I'm not sure if they would charge to clean the port you would need to contact a Service Center near you to see pricing infomation.

Have you tried a different cable? It may be an issue with the cable rather than the port itself.

You can always attempt to clean the port yourself. Here's a guide on how to clean device ports: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/How+to+Clean+the+Ports+on+your+Electronic+Device/164721

If you are not comfortable doing this, I'm sure they would do it at a service center as @GaryB82 mentioned. I would assume the service will incur a fee.

Your Galaxy S25 is also capable of wireless charging, which allows you to bypass the USB port altogether if need be.

I have a S21 Plus and it started rejecting the USB cable a couple years ago at first I thought the port was dirty and I've done my best to clean it out and I'm kind of technical so I think I am doing it correctly it's still got to the point where it just will spit out the cable you know even if I can get it to stick in there for a short time soon as I walk away from it it'll end up spitting out the cable and not charging I've had to use wireless charging for the past couple years
