I am still debating between buying the S25 FE or go for the S25, keeping in mind there is about a 200-300 usd price difference between both models in my country.

Everything so far seems to be pointing me towards the FE because my usage doesn't really focus on cameras much but I mainly want the entire One UI flagship experience.

So does the S25 have some software features that are exclusive to it and not present in the FE? And should I even consider going for the better SD 8 Elite in the S25 over the Exynos 2400 (considering the big price gap)?

The S25FE has the same UI as the other S25 models and it comes with the UI 8.0 and get the 7 years of OS and security updates with it. It also has a 4900mAh battery. The S25 has less at 4000mAh. Also, Samsung has the S25FE at $649 on their site as of now.

As Tom said, there is no substantial software difference for theS25FE. Personally, I recommend the FE as the best bang-for-your-buck device for most people. If you intend to do more resource intensive tasks on your device, you may want to consider something with a snapdragon.

You mention the phrase "in my country." You have reached a US based forum. If you are not in the US, you can likely receive more region-specific advice by visiting that country's forum.

The S25 FE has a similar design to the regular S25, but has slightly downgraded hardware due to it's slightly cheaper price. One big drawback is that you only get the Sub-6Ghz 5G bands, but NOT mmWave/UWB. The standard S25, as well as all other S25 models in the series, will have it. But the S25 FE is still a nice midranger.
