When I try to purchase the $10 a month insurance from Samsung, it won't accept my payment method, I try Samsung pay and it comes back with an error and using my debit card doesn't work either, it does nothing when I press buy/next it just stays on the same screen. Anyone else having issues buying insurance through Samsung?
Same thing is happening to me. I tried multiple different credit cards, calling my bank, different browser's and finally was able to get in touch with a human at Samsung (no thanks to their infuriating chatbot). I was informed it may be a few more days before their website is working
I have the same issue. I called Samsung three times already, and all they say is that they are working on it. I tried to get insurance through Verizon, as I always have in the past with my Samsung phones, but Verizon told me they are unable to insure my S25 Ultra because Samsung put a code in the phone that prevents Verizon from insuring it. So I am forced to use Samsung Care, and I cannot even enroll in it. Very shady, Samsung.
I thought it was only an issue on my end. Glad to hear I'm not the only one having problems. Wow that sounds really shady that you can't get insurance through Verizon, I have US mobile so I can't go through my carrier for insurance
