Cannot create new app shortcuts from apps ("My Apps" from the Play Store)

I am trying to create an app shortcut for My Apps from the Google Play icon. Unfortunately it crashes OneUI for every app that has this ability.

@pic2022 I just gave this a try on my S25 Ultra and it worked with no problem. Have you tried rebooting your S25?
