Please help with App's notification schedule

Does anyone know how to create a notification schedule for an app on One UI 7? I researched online, and it suggested using "Do Not Disturb" or a third-party app. However, I'd prefer to use the default settings or Modes and Routines. On my days off, I still receive many messages from my company's group chat that I want to ignore. Any ideas? Thank you.

Usually in the settings, you can turn off notifications for that app. If not, you can put it on, do not disturb, and then you can choose who you want to receive calls from all messages from. Or you can set it for a certain amount of time. I would start trying, but just do not disturb because they have a lot of variations in the settings, for do not disturb. I tried a different approach. Instead of scheduling app notification locks, I created separate modes. I enabled the Focus option for all apps, restricting only the target app. This completely locks the app outside my designated timeframe. You can also set the operating mode by location; for example, if you get home and don't want notifications from your work chat.

But if there are multiple time ranges in a day you want to turn on/off the app's notifications, you can duplicate those modes and change each time period. That's my only way right now, until Samsung adds the option for multiple time periods in one mode.

Caution: for me it work, but incase of any emergency contact. You have to find a better way
