Galaxy S25"To create a notification schedule for your app on One UI 7 using Modes and Routines, follow these steps:
Open Modes and Routines:
Go to Settings > Modes and Routines.
Create a Custom Mode:
Tap Add mode > Custom.
Name your mode (e.g., "Day Off"), assign a color, and icon, then tap Done.
Set Triggers:
Under Turn on automatically, choose triggers like specific days (e.g., weekends) or times.
Tap Add condition for more options.
Silence Notifications:
Enable Do Not Disturb to block unwanted notifications during this mode.
Optionally, under Restrict app usage, limit access to messaging apps like your company chat.
Save and Activate:
Once configured, save your mode, and it will activate automatically based on the triggers you set. "

Galaxy S25But if there are multiple time ranges in a day you want to turn on/off the app's notifications, you can duplicate those modes and change each time period. That's my only way right now, until Samsung adds the option for multiple time periods in one mode.
Caution: for me it work, but incase of any emergency contact. You have to find a better way
