Hello CandyM, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns on the Bixby app not working correctly. We recommend clearing the data for all of Bixby's system apps to try and resolve the issue:
Navigate to Settings and then tap Apps
Tap the Sort icon and tap the switch next to Show System Apps
Tap Bixby Voice and then tap Storage
Tap Clear data and then tap Ok (Repeat this process for Bixby Routines, Bixby Dictation and Bixby Vision)
Once you have cleared the data, Bixby will reset and return to normal operation
If the troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issues, you can submit an error report by: Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports.
I'm having the same problem. However, I can't perform the steps listed by the community manager. Which leads me to a question regarding Bixby Dictation. Should it be missing, and if not why would it be, and what should I do? I can't find it on my phone. I've checked all my system apps. My daughter has a Samsung phone I looked for it on hers and she has it, but mine does not. Any help would be appreciated!
I'm having the same problem as KellyP1979. I only have Bixby and Bixby Vision, and nothing has helped with the issue, up to doing a factory reset on my phone, which I am NOT going to do for the convenience of a basic AI assistant.
Bixby Voice doesn't exist ! Only Bixby and Bixby Vision on S25 One UI8 / Version 16 (BY13). I would really appreciate you focusing on functionality instead of childish gimmicks for products people spend a fortune on. Hope this Bug will get fixed soon!!!!
