Can't change bixby language

So my bixby language is in Chinese and I can't change it. As you can see, the setting is grayed out. Please I need help.

When you get to this screen, do you see this pulldown?  Is your phone a U.S. model?  This is the initial setup screen.  I don't use Bixby, so I'm not going to activate it to see what you are seeing, but this is the first screen I see when going into Bixby settings. If I tap the arrow, it gives me a language selection.

My phone should be a US model I got it from T-Mobile, except if they didn't give me a US model. And no, I don't see that drop-down

That's what he is trying to do but, as he state, he has no option for it.

Well, hopefully someone who uses Bixby will come along and assist you.  I dislike Bixby so much, I don't even want it activated on my phone, so the setup screen is as far as I can go for you.  You can put in an error report or utilize text help through the support tab of the members app.

Thank you so much for your help. I have tried the text help but no reply yet, I think I'll just stop using it, like you do.
