My apps won't update. It started 2 days ago

- Apps won't update from where, Play Store or Galaxy Store?

- Is this on mobile data, WiFi, or both?

- Have you cleared cache for your app stores?

- What happened 2 days ago or before then? Did you get an update, install an app, or something else?

Please provide more info so people don't have to guess.

Either. Wifi, yes I've cleared the cache. One app gets to about 97% then it fails to update, then the rest follow suit

Sorry about your experience it would be helpful if you provide your current software so Samsung technicians can assist you. It would be helful to know if its the beta software or not.

In the meantime you can go ahead and use the optimise button in the device care menu to close any background apps that might be affecting your ability to complete the update.

You can also perform a restart, clear your network settings and try again.

As a secondary task please check your account for multiple sessions connected to your device that could be affecting your ability to update applications. You can clear these extra devices and proceed with the update to be sure there is no third party connections.
